We will not issue a refund for:

- A personal dislike of texture, color or scent.

- Allergies to the slime, you are at your own risk. If you believe you may have an allergy, do not buy our products.

- Improper care, if you do not take care of our slimes properly we will not issue a refund as it is not a mistake on our part.

- Wrong address or other wrong information placed while making an order.

We will issue a refund for:

- Damaged products

- Defective products unusable upon arrival

- Wrong product sent

- Orders not received

To request a refund: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, requests after 7 days will not be eligible for refunds.

Send us a message at sustainaslimes@gmail.com or on our website using the "Send A Message" button as soon as possible. Include the following details:

- Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Photos of the product (note: you must have photos of a damaged, defective, or wrong product if you wish to receive a refund)

Orders take 2-3 days to be processed. Shipping may take 2-5 business days depending on location. You will get an email from me at every major step: when I receive your order, when I finish packaging it, and when USPS picks it up. If you ever need any assistance, don’t be afraid to reach out to us!
