We will not issue a refund for:

- A personal dislike of texture, color or scent.

- Allergies to the slime, you are at your own risk. If you believe you may have an allergy, do not buy our products.

- Improper care, if you do not take care of our slimes properly we will not issue a refund as it is not a mistake on our part.

- Wrong address or other wrong information placed while making an order.

We will issue a refund for:

- Damaged products

- Defective products unusable upon arrival

- Wrong product sent

- Orders not received

To request a refund: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, requests after 7 days will not be eligible for refunds.

Send us a message at sustainaslimes@gmail.com or on our website using the "Send A Message" button as soon as possible. Include the following details:

- Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Photos of the product (note: you must have photos of a damaged, defective, or wrong product if you wish to receive a refund)

Contains guar gum (a legume derivative) borax (sodium borate), spices (cinnamon, ginger), and fragrance/flavouring oils. Individuals allergic or sensitive to legumes, borax, cinnamon, ginger, spices, flavouring/ fragrance oils, or related compounds should not purchase or use this product.

For external, non-edible use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or reaction occurs.

The formulation and ingredient ratios are proprietary and confidential. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Contains sodium tetraborate (borax). Although this chemical is not currently listed under California Proposition 65 for reproductive or carcinogenic risks, we recommend that pregnant people, children, and individuals with sensitivities avoid extended exposure to this slime or avoid it all together.
